I bought this Webkinz to go in an Easter Basket and it had a hole in the neck. The company did offer to ship me a new one immediately but I did not want to deal with shipping the damaged one back and all the hassle. All in all, it did get here fast and the damage is in a seam so it is fixable, I just hope they take more time looking at further merchandise before shipping so it doesn’t go out damaged. Thanks to them for the quick response time though. That is a huge plus!
