Viva Glam V is my favorite lipstick ever, BUT it does not stay on even an hour. Any tips to making it stay on, or anyone know of a dupe that lasts longer? thanks!

i really recommend you to get the MAC slimshine lipstick in ‘Assertive’ i have this and it just reminds me of you.. it would be perfect for you as its a colour that ive noticed you wear often.. its very simular to the palladio lipbalm you have, the brown one.. the slimshines are good as they are like a lipstick and gloss in one.. i really reccomend you to get this shade!..

Which MAC store did you go to? The only one I know of that’s in the Lou is at the Frontenac, but I’d LOVE to know if there’s another one. That’s a far drive for me.

If you are starting up a MAC collection I really recoment you getting Woodwinked, soft brown, ricepaper, expensive pink and humid :) and if you like purples…..parfait amour is my favorit!

Great haul! I wrote down just about everything you showed…I have been looking high and low for the perfect nude lipstick, pencil and gloss! And like you, I don’t like nudes that erase my lips..they must have some color to them. I will go to MAC and try these! Thanks so much and I look forward to your tutorials all the time!

I love hockey! You should definitely buy rice paper from the mac eyeshadow and stars and rockets. Those two colors look amazing together…very soft.
I was in LA for a choir tour during Valentine’s Day weekend and went shopping a lot, especially for makeup. Coincidentally enough, I also purchased from MAC, Sephora, and Lush! I got the Viva Glam Cindy Lauper lipstick, and Full for you Plushglass from MAC, two face scrub/masks from Lush, and a eyeshadow quad and bronzer by Cargo from Sephora. I’m really enjoying my purchases and hope you have fun with yours :]

i do use quite a few lush products and i also use the massage bars all over after a shower , but i always have one at the side of the sink i use just for my hands after doing washing or dishes as it does work good instead of handcream :o)

It’s good to have a variety of both higher end makeup and drugstore makeup in your collection. I love both and can’t get enough of either! I also love Lush products…not all, but many. One of my favorites is the Lemony Flutter Cuticle Cream. Definitely try that if you get a chance and haven’t already. Thanks for the review – love your videos. You’re so different than everyone else and I like that.
