How do i sound like Metallica or Bullet for My Valentine?
I’v got a Zoom G2.1u effects pedal can i do anything to sound like Metallica or Bullet for my Valentine especially for Tears dont fall.

i dunno but go for Metallica please, because when I hear bullet for my Valentine, I die a little inside.
METALLICA: Heavy Distortion or An acoustic setting for songs like One.
I have a multi effect board to and about 20 of my setting are for Metallica.
Here are some.
One: Acoustic with A very light echo then to a setting called Rectified which is a very Kirk Hammett style of distortion.
Master of Puppets: Rectified with a Thing called Detune which lowers the whole sound without changing tuning. It gives the guitar a heavy sound like in the real recording.
Through the Never: I use Rectified again with a effect called wammy. It sounds great for the song
Hopefully you can relate to my settings on my DigiTech RP100A.
You want to get really good at fast pick work and palm muting.
For example Harvester of Sorrow has very powerful guitar. You want to know what notes to palm mute and what notes to not. Also you must get good at going from heavy power chords to lows frets on the high strings in songs like Seek and Destroy.
